Hickory Valley is a 240 acre project dedicated to the quality development of single-family and multi-family communities in St. Robert, Missouri. Pulaski County is currently experiencing a major expansion due to the relocation of approximately 10,000 military and civilian personnel to the Ft. Leonard Wood base within the next two years.

The Ft. Leonard Wood Growth Management Plan, commissioned by the RCGA, indicates a need for more than 2,200 additional housing units to accommodate the families associated with the relocation.

Carlson Gardner, Inc. received the first quality endorsement by the RCGA. The Hickory Valley development will result in over 600 new housing units for the civilian and military residents of Pulaski County.
