The
Hickory Ridge Apartments are located in the Hickory Valley
subdivision in St. Robert, Missouri and presently consist
of 28 apartments. Eventual plans call for the additional
construction of another 40 apartments. This development
was built with the support of the City of St. Robert and
Fort Leonard Wood military base. This project was made possible
with the help of a low-interest loan from MHDC and the apartment
units are available to families earning incomes of approximately
$80,000 or less per year. These units were developed by
Carlson Gardner and are owned by Hickory Ridge, L.P.
Two bedroom apartments rent for $540/month and three
bedroom units rent for $605/month.
