The
Residence at Hickory Ridge is located in the heart of Missouri's
beautiful Ozark Mountains in the Hickory Valley subdivision
in St. Robert, Missouri. This project consists
of 20 patio homes which feature three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths,
spacious living room and dining area, and large kitchen
with all appliances plus microwave, and a large walk-in
pantry. They also feature a two car garage with opener,
ceiling fans in master bedroom and living room, fully carpeted,
laundry hookups, and a walk-out patio.
This development was built with the support of the City
of St. Robert and Fort Leonard Wood military base. These
units were developed by Carlson Gardner.
