Carlson Gardner purchased the 89-year-old Frisco
Building in 2001. The historic building had
been vacant for more than 14 years. Carlson Gardner
Inc. was awarded $585,541 in annual tax credits
for 10 years and has rehabilitated and converted the
Frisco Building at 601 S. Main St. into an apartment
complex for senior citizens.
There are 57 one- and two-bedroom units that rent for
