| Countryview
Estates Countryview Estates is a 40-unit affordable housing apartment development in Buffalo, Missouri. This development was made possible by MHDC in a joint effort with OACAC. The development, built in the Summer of 2000, offers 20 two-bedroom apartments with 860 square feet and rent for $260 per month. There are also 20 three-bedroom apartments with 1078 square feet that rent for $350 per month. In addition, there is a community building with nearly 2,000 square feet, which is used by OACAC as an outreach center.
