Century
Towers, built in 1929, was originally designed as the
premier elderly housing project located at 627 N. 25th
Street, St. Joseph,
Missouri.
Carlson
Gardner, Inc. acquired the building a couple of years ago,
and in 2001 began renovation and historic restoration of
the building. In
2001, Century Towers was listed in the National Register
of Historic Places.
Finished in June 2002, Century Towers
offers the
